Okay, so I do not need to be on a diet for any reason but I just feel like shit everyday. Soo with that being said I decided to change my eating habits and see if it helps. So far it's been a week and a half. I completely cut out meat for the most part and probably would only eat it on occasions. And bacon, I'd never give that up. So no more soda, no excess coffee, buying food out, and eating too many sweets. I'll post what I eat sometime soon if your interested.. So hopefully in another week or so I'll be able tell a difference. It's just horrible how people just eat shit everyday! Ahh!
